United States Orders: Shipping charges are included in the price of all items.   Shipping is by U.S. Priority Mail.  In-stock items are sent out within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Most customers in the continental U.S. receive their orders just 4 to 5 days after that (depending on the delivery address).

Canadian Orders:   Shipping charges are included in the price of all items.   Shipping is by U.S. Priority Mail.  In-stock items are sent out within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Please allow 7 to 21 days for delivery (depending on the destination).

Foreign Orders:  Shipping charges vary.  Please contact us for a quote.  Recipients are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes.

Return Policy:  Any CD that has been opened cannot be returned unless it is defective.  If your order arrives damaged we will replace it.  Unopened, undamaged merchandise may be returned for a refund or credit if we receive it in like-new condition.  All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.  We recommend insuring any return packages.  Please contact us ahead of time for a return code (RC) in all cases.
