Was on-air again at "The chatroom" with the lovely Jenn. Was talking about 'net radio. Pretty cool - the guy that started theiceberg.com was there - he used to work at CFNY, and i totally recognized his voice, very cool. I also gave props out to Brian at DetriotIndustrial.org, so i hope he sees some new traffic.

The Sumo Robot is being developed! Scott and I have a basic design done, and some parts already. Testing into engines is underway.

Very interesting story about a report who refused to change the slant of a story and was fired. She then sued and won.

Just got back from doing a spot on "The Chat Room" about "which would you rather?". Some of the questions were along the lines of "Would you rather have a phone or email"? I think i didn't suck too bad. I might have nervously touched my nose a few to many times tho! I was also the only guy in the panel, other then a 'webcam' guest, and i'm pretty sure i was the geekiest... I don't know if thats good or not... I have a tape, so when i do the review, i'll let you know. Thanks to Jenn for getting me involved in that craziness!

Humm, sounds very interesting - Some crazy smart folks have developed an AI that can learn to talk. Like, natural language. They say its comprehension is that of a 5 year old right now. And that it has passed versions of the turing test. There is an interesting discussion of this article at Plastic, where i found this link.

Cool new mp3 player, digital still and video camera and lots other other stuff from Kodak - the MC3. I'd be interested to know how much this sucker is going to cost, especially if they are aiming it for the teen/young adult crowd...
